I love coaching! For me, coaching is a way of life. When I started learning coaching, I started discovering more about my self. I started asking what I am feeling about something, what makes me feel that way? Or is it what I really want? The more we know ourselves, the more clarity there is. So in my coaching session, I want to raise the self-awareness of my coachee and create a safe place for them to express theirselves as they are because opportunities come to those who seek them - and they are not in the comfort zone.
