Throughout its development, PT EPI did expansions on new business lines in electrical construction service sector, electrical mechanical sector and shore to ship connection.

RSP is currently managing four branches of hospital. They are RSP Jakarta, RSP Cirebon, RSP Palembang, and RS Port Medical Center Jakarta. RSP also provides Primary care units, Managed Care Unit and Catering Unit.

The Company’s head office is in Jakarta with operational areas across 10 provinces, managing 12 ports all over Indonesia and currently developing new terminal, namely NewPriok Terminal. Having been a Port Operator, the Company also has 16 subsidiaries.

Senior Manager of Human Capital Development and Career Management responsible for leading IPC Talent Management strategy, process, and systems among our organization, Career Management, Individual Performance Management and Human Capital Development as well as enabling the identification, assessment, movement, and development of our top talent.
The responsibility allow me to work closely with Board of Director on the daily basis to manage the expectation on build capability and bring the strategy to life. Additionally, this position makes me play a critical role in how we engage all of our associates at IPC, drive change in the organization, and develop our talent based on factors such as emerging opportunities, changing business needs, and/or individual career growth and advancement.
