I had been working in an oil and gas company for 20 years, starting as a specialist, growing through the professional dan structural path up to the superintendent level. I  decided to take early retirement as Human Resources Representatives reported to Vice President of Exploration and Human Resources Vice President for pursuing more challenging career opportunities outside the oil and gas industry.

Major experiences in the area of training and development, recruitment and selection, assessment center, coaching and counseling, and therapy. 

After early retirement working as an associate assessor/consultant in various Private Human Resources Consultant and government corporations.

Handling middle management to top management executive-level clients.

Coordinate assessment project directly to accommodate direct client needs which is not yet covered in work agreement with the above-mentioned parties.  

Take the role of an event organizer to accommodate, facilitate sharing sessions to enhance the skills of all psychologists.

Conduct, and facilitate a specific self-development program for the psychologists to accommodate the needs.  

Participate in various social people development activities in some religious organizations. 

Take some voluntary work in Coaching Indonesia as a coach.
