Yanti Nisro has been working for Market Research for > 20 years and has been in various management position. Her last position in Nielsen was Head of Operations of Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. 

Now, she still works as consultant in Deka Group and on top of that, she is also active in various profesional and non profit organizations. She is the founding member of PERPI (Indonesia Market Research Association ) and President of PERPI for 3 terms. Now she is Esomar Representative of Indonesia plus Board Advisors in Akademi Berbagi (AkBer) and Data Science Indonesia (DSI).  She is also active in social organisation, Soroptimist International.

Coaching and mentoring is her passion and has been implementing it to both the professional organisation and her social group since long time ago.

Now by having Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Licence Practitioner Intuitive Coaching, she even more confident and excited to help others to be a better being thru coaching and mentoring.  Taking benefit of her life journey and knowledge, giving added value into her expertise from life coaching, personal growth, relationship, career and leadership coaching.
