Andy Victor

Victor has been in the digital industry for more than a decade both in Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. Along the years, he has experience in leading a team working on different types of businesses and industries; from Tobaccos, Telcos, Retails, Banks to FMCGs.

His understanding in consumer insights and user experience helps to leverage on the demographic's behavior and expectations. With that, it helps him to relate, to communicate, and answers the business objective(s) creatively and strategically.

His stint in Tokopedia includes managing and grooming the Creative Team of 127 personnels, and most recently, leading Tokopedia’s Leadership Development through Coaching Programs.
